CA Models has a machine shop which boasts the latest in 5 axis, mill-turn, 3 axis and 2 axis machines. Included in our most recent acquisitions is our NC controlled Wire Eroder and Die Sinker. With our clients ranging from industry sectors such as aerospace, motor sport, medical, oil and gas and product design, the machinery in-house can cater for a vast range of specialised work.
Challenges are the nature of our business, constantly dealing with tasks of producing parts from the small and intricate, through to large, complex components. With this, the ability to machine a range of materials such as hard Steels, through to alloys and even soft plastics can be carried out . Quantities from one off's to low volume batch production are the norm at CA Models.
All machine tools are programmed via the 9 seats of market leading NC programming software (Delcam UK). This is complimented with 4 seats of Design/Modelling software, which aid the manufacture of more complex parts which are often required.
Certificates of Conformity can be provided relating to materials used and methods of manufacture for all parts, We can also porovide full or partial inspection reports, depending on customer requirements.
