3D Printing
The EDEN 500V uses technology where a 3D object can be created by laying successive
layers of material. These layers are accurate to 16 microns and can produce
parts with ultra fine detail and intricacy. This process also has the ability
to print parts and assemblies using several different materials on a single
build. Therefore a mixture of plastic and rubber material can be integrated
into 1 part allowing for more flexibility in the prototype we can create.
The
current materials we have installed in the machine are Vero Grey plastic and
Tango Black +, ranging from 30-90 Shore rubber.
