Working in conjunction with the customer from initial sketches, extensive experience in model making techniques enabled the 2D drawings and 3D CAD data to be generated.

Master Model: CNC Machined Shell Moulds in Cibatool
Process 2: Fibre Glass (GRP) the Moulds to create a strong structure
Process 3: Vacuum Forming tools machined to create the fascia
Process 4: Pockets for the Buttons and LCD screen machined out of the Vacuum Formings.
Process 5: Tyres, Antennas and Buttons Vacuum Cast from SLA Master Models, in ABS simulate and 60 Shore Rubber.
Process 6: Fitting and Finishing by Model Makers prior to in-house painting.
Process 7: Delivery to the USA! In custom built cases.
